Description

Pheromone deposits observed with quantitative phase imaging (optical path difference, in nm). SlowEvapo - temporal stack showing long term sublimation of a pheromone observed at high resolution. PHA_Fast_Live - live imaging with ants, to the left: food source, to the right: nest, observed at low resolution. pheromones_oneAnt - different pheromone deposits from one single ant on the way and back from a food source. File can directly be opened in the ImageJ softaware, Spatiotemporal dimensions in the tif metadata.
