D63: Quark Mass Spectrum from Combinatorial Axioms — Two Conjectures on Valence and Sea Quark Masses in the Projective Dynamic Logo Framework
Description
Open problem OP-D59-1 asks for a derivation of the individual quark masses from the combinatorial axioms C1–C4 of the Projective Dynamic Logo (PDL) framework. The sole irreducible external parameter of the programme is the isospin mass splitting Δm_iso = m_d − m_u = 2.532 MeV (D31). This document presents two conjectures of distinct ontological character that together address the full quark mass spectrum.
The first conjecture, H_mass, concerns the valence quarks u and d: their mass ratio is identified as the ratio of the coherence-pulsation costs of the valence cores K_24 and K_28, giving m_d/m_u = 2401/1104 ≈ 2.1748, from which m_u = 2.155 MeV and m_d = 4.687 MeV are derived at 0.22% and 0.37% of the PDG values respectively, with no additional free parameter. A structural identity connecting the result to the cosmological leakage sector is identified: n_u − 1 = p_{k1} = 23, where p_{k1} is the first cosmological leakage prime of D51.
The second conjecture, H_sea, concerns the sea quarks s, c, b, t: their effective masses are reproduced within 2.5% of PDG values by a formula combining the same coherence-pulsation cost with a residual-fluidity weighting R_sea/(R_sea + r(n)) derived from the proton quintuplet. The non-hadronisation of the top quark emerges as a structural consequence: its effective size n_t = 332 satisfies r(332) ≫ R_sea, making the sea budget insufficient to sustain its structure.
All candidate formulae were identified by exhaustive numerical scan over the PDL quintuplet invariants, executed in exact integer arithmetic in Google Colab prior to drafting (verrouillage protocol). The verification script PDL_D63_lockdown.py is deposited alongside this document (66 checks, 66 PASS). The epistemic status of each claim is stratified explicitly throughout.
