Description
Figure 2 Workflow of the Rosario R package, which implements a null model analysis to quantify concurrent temporal niche overlap (i.e. activity or phenology) amongst biological identities (e.g. individuals, populations, species) using the Rosario randomisation algorithm (Castro-Arellano et al. 2010). In steps 1 and 2, colours represent the intensity of activity, black representing high numbers that show higher activity and white low numbers that show lower activity. In step 6, black line represents the significance threshold of 0.95.
