This repository contains the metadata required to support the reproducibility of the study entitled "Effects of Gut Microbiota on the Susceptibility of Ischemic Stroke in Mice". The raw 16S rRNA gene sequencing data have been deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject accession number PRJNA1131626. The corresponding sample metadata are provided in the file "Microbiome_metadata_PRJNA1131626". The raw untargeted metabolomics data and processed peak tables have been deposited in the MetaboLights repository under accession number MTBLS10583. The corresponding sample metadata are provided in the file "Metabolomics_metadata_MTBLS10583".
