The SO(3) Corner Lift and Multiplet Completion

This paper extends axial surface spectroscopy from single-axis $U(1)$ Cartan corners to general $SO(3)$ corners. It shows that the charge grading is the Cartan projection of an $SU(2)$ multiplet structure, with spin-1 connection and spin-2 curvature readings verified within the algebraic surface $0$-jet closure.
