Description

This repository contains the Empa contribution to the MetrINo Interlaboratory Comparison (ILC) on nanoparticle sizing using Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS), focusing on the nanoparticle systems UCNP20 and IONP10 synthesized by BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung, Germany).

The repository includes raw SAXS measurements, transmission- and background-corrected SAXS datasets, MATLAB data-reduction workflows, MATLAB fitting scripts, and the resulting particle-size analysis. All files required to reproduce the processed datasets and fitting results are provided.

SAXS measurements were performed on a Bruker Nanostar instrument using a Cu Kα source. The repository is intended to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the Empa ILC analysis workflow.
