LVpockets Data of CpuPDB Database

This dataset contains protein binding pockets predicted by the LVpocket deep learning model. A total of 129927 independent folders are included. Each folder stores protein structure files and sequentially numbered predicted pocket files. This dataset is suitable for pocket detection model training, large-scale binding site mining and computational drug discovery research.
