Cryptic Pockets Data of CpuPDB Database

This dataset is the dynamic cryptic pocket layer of the CpuPDB database. It contains a total of 5515 folders derived from molecular dynamics simulations. Each folder stores structural files related to cryptic binding sites, which can be applied to protein conformational analysis and pocket detection research.
