Ω^∞ Phase II: Dimensionless Grid Discretization and the 30𝝿 Universal Metric Singularity

This Phase II report establishes the absolute dimensionless infrastructure of the Ω^∞ framework. By bypassing unit-based illusions (GeV, meters, seconds), we empirically validate the Discrete Even Parity Theorem (F+B=2F) using 1 MeV ultra-high-definition scans of CERN ATLAS open data. The ledger establishes the 30𝝿 coordinate (94.248) as a universal metric singularity, mapping identical mathematical phase switches across fluid dynamics, condensed matter zero-modes, and cosmological harmonics.
