The Oeconomic Balance Model - Version 1.1 (Use Case / Whitepaper)

Authors/Creators

Description

Version 1.1 is an early whitepaper of the Oeconomic Balance Model (OBM), created before the scientific release (Version 1.4). It represents the first documented application of the emerging OBM framework to a real governance problem: the structural asymmetry between capital and labour in European corporate governance.

The document analyses observable developments widely discussed in economic literature and proposes a proportional, legally defined balancing mechanism based on labour‑linked, non‑transferable B‑shares. It outlines the mechanism, legal classification, constitutional stability, and ordoliberal interpretation of the model within the EU context.

The European setting is used as an exemplary legal environment due to its clear regulatory structure, while the underlying model itself is not limited to Europe and applies universally to organisational governance.

Version 1.1 was timestamped at the time of creation to document authorship and integrity, but this upload constitutes its first public release. It is intended for researchers, policy institutions, and governance analysts interested in the early development and practical applicability of the OBM.
