Dieser Abschlussbericht im Auftrag des NMZB (BfN) fasst den aktuellen Kenntnisstand zur Erfassung von Bodenorganismengruppen und ihren Funktionen zusammen. Im Fokus stehen die Aussagekraft, Praxistauglichkeit und praktischen Anforderungen verfügbarer Methoden und Informationen sowie die Identifikation bestehender Wissenslücken, methodischer Grenzen und zukünftiger Forschungsbedarfe.

Abstract (English)
This final report, commissioned by the National Monitoring Centre for Biodiversity (NMZB) at the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN), summarizes the current state of knowledge on methods for assessing soil organism groups and their ecological functions. It focuses on the informative value, practical applicability, and implementation requirements of available methods and information, while also identifying existing knowledge gaps, methodological limitations, and future research needs.
