Description

Figure 2 Phylogenetic tree of Coniochaeta constructed from ML analyses of a combined ITS and LSU sequence dataset. ML bootstrap values ≥ 50% and BI posterior probabilities ≥ 0.70 are given at the nodes (MLBS/BYPP). "–" indicates the absence of statistical support. The tree is rooted to Chaetosphaeria innumera and C. polygonalis. Ex-type strains are indicated by "T" after the strain number, and the new species is indicated in blue bold.
