We present the Photon-String-Higgs (PSH) framework, a scale-invariant, parameter-free alternative to ΛCDM, based on a non-minimal Stueckelberg sector. We present the Photon-String-Higgs (PSH) framework, a scale-invariant alternative to the standard ΛCDM cosmological paradigm, operating entirely within the established principles of quantum field theory. By integrating a non-minimal Stueckelberg gauge sector with a density-dependent screening mechanism driven by a cosmic string scalar field, the framework identifies dark matter and dark energy phenomenology as emergent properties of the vacuum state.

Calibrated strictly to localized in-situ NASA Voyager telemetry and the primordial global EDGES 21-cm absorption threshold (ρ_IL = 50.7 eV/cm³), the framework demonstrates parameter-free structural convergence across forty-nine orders of magnitude in spatial and energetic scale.
