Webinar: UK Longitudinal Linkage Collaboration - a simpler, faster solution to use linked data for research
Authors/Creators
Description
This document contains the slides from a webinar outlining how UK Longitudinal Linkage Collaboration (UK LLC) is simplifying access to linked data for research in the public good.
As the UK’s national Trusted Research Environment (TRE) for longitudinal data linkage, UK LLC brings together data from over 22 major Longitudinal Population Studies (LPS), covering more than 680,000 participants.
By securely linking LPS data with health, social, behavioural, economic, and environmental data, UK LLC enables researchers to uncover new insights that would otherwise remain undiscovered.
This webinar introduced how UK LLC works, the unique data it brings together, the benefits of administrative data coming into the TRE, and how it simplifies the process of accessing and using linked data.
The webinar, hosted by Population Research UK, was delivered by members of UK LLC team including Andy Boyd, Richard Thomas, Emma Turner and Naomi Launders from UCL.
A recording of the webinar is available on YouTube. For further information, please contact info@ukllc.ac.uk.
