The code for weighted quantile regression in fuzzy-probabilistic inference systems
Description
The computational notebook for results in the papers: "On Data–Driven Fuzzy Partition in the Fuzzy–Probabilistic Inference System Framework", and "Fuzzy–Probabilistic Inference Systems Based on Piecewise Linear Weighted Quantiles".
It computes and demonstrates weighted quantile regression in the framework of fuzzy-probabilistic inference systems. In addition to conventional uniform partition it constructs data driven partition that is able to capture local behaviour of data.
