Description

Adds paper0_cubesat_corollary.m (Section 4.3 closing paragraph): quantifies the CubeSat/PocketCube asymmetry at the Starlink shell. Sigma cancels in the ratio R = R_col/R_ind; f_frag does not (it enters the collective index only), so the educational-geometry asymmetry is attenuated by the smaller fragmentation footprint and amplified by the lower replacement cost. A 3U CubeSat at 1 MUSD yields R ~ 43 with geometry-specific C* ~ 0.43 MUSD; a 2P PocketCube at 50 kUSD yields R ~ 460, above the Starlink V2 Mini value of Table 2.

No changes to the core algorithm, data, or previously published results.
