The Grounding Canon: Reality-Bounded Improvement, Grounding Laws, and the Cost of External Receipts

This technical report introduces the Grounding Canon, a theory and evidence framework for reality-bounded improvement in imagine-then-act systems. The framework formalizes a certification gap G, an external-contact information variable I_real, and a set of linked claims: Grounding Conservation, Reality-Bounded Improvement, the Grounding Arrow, the Grounding Demon, context-dimensional grounding cost, and GEE/VoRC as a contact-allocation mechanism. The public evidence package summarizes controlled cloud simulations, public-data and public-model shadow lanes, local finance method audits, negative and mixed results, and package-reviewed hardening witnesses for GEE value conditions and I_real estimator robustness. The release does not claim real-world deployment, third-party replication, live trading readiness, robot/VLA validation, unconditional GEE superiority, or completed [R] real-system validation.
