ESIIL Team Science Workshop: Collaboration Lead Training (Cohort 3 Working Groups)

This is the second of 3 resources for ESIIL Working Group Collaboration Leads. This ESIIL training presentation prepares cohort 3 working group collaboration leads with information on expectations, tools on how to collaborate in teams, and some activities to generate norms around group communication, logistics, authorship, data management and other topics. This was an interactive training with break outs and the use of zoom whiteboards. These whiteboards are not included in this upload of the presentation for participant confidentiality.

Many of these we have used in our other ESIIL team science workshops. We recommend viewing our other workshops as those are geared more towards a general science audience.
