Added a provenance bridge for Volume II sections 144-162, wrapping Batches97-101 unchanged, so the public support layer now runs from the older section-143 source bundle through the already-public Batch102 and Batch103 packets. Batch103 remains the current reader-facing state through sections 166-168 and cumulative through section 168.
