Description
This revision of the LiverDCE pharmacokinetic modeling software includes goodness-of-fit measures for the models as well as code for the liver r1 sensitivity analysis requested during peer review. LiverDCE remains research software and, thus, should perpetually be regarded as a work-in-progress. See the README.md and the LiverDCE Software Manual.docx files for details regarding usage and software dependencies.
