Abstract: The rapid transformation of the global economy, digitalization processes, technological innovations, and increasing competition in the labor market have created new challenges for higher education institutions. In this context, the effective organization of higher education services based on labor market trends and requirements has become one of the key priorities of educational policy and management. This article explores the theoretical and methodological principles of aligning higher education services with contemporary labor market demands. The study examines the relationship between higher education institutions and labor market stakeholders, including employers, government agencies, and professional organizations. It analyzes the role of competency-based education, labor market forecasting, curriculum modernization, and quality assurance mechanisms in improving the relevance and effectiveness of educational services. The research highlights the importance of developing flexible educational models that can adapt to rapidly changing economic and technological conditions. The findings indicate that systematic cooperation between universities and labor market actors contributes to the preparation of highly qualified, competitive, and adaptable graduates. Furthermore, the study proposes methodological approaches for enhancing the responsiveness of higher education systems to current and future workforce needs, thereby supporting sustainable socio-economic development.
