Description

This record preserves VPL-1.0, the VECTAETOS™ Projection License, as a standalone authored, timestamped, citable projection / trace artifact license.

VPL-1.0 governs TetraGlyph artifacts, glyphs, runes, projection diagrams, symbolic renderings, EK observables, audit traces, structural fingerprints, hash reports, Merkle roots, ledger-like records, trace bundles, projection metadata, and related non-prescriptive symbolic outputs.

Its purpose is to preserve the distinction between structural exposure and interpretation authority.

Projection does not equal interpretation.
Glyph does not equal verdict.
Rune does not equal command.
Hash does not equal truth.
Ledger does not equal ontology.
EK trace does not equal deployment validation.

VPL-1.0 is one layer of the VECTAETOS™ License Stack.

The stack separates canonical ontology, software/tooling, implementation behavior, projection/trace artifacts, and identity/compatibility claims.

This record preserves only the projection / trace artifact layer. Other layers are governed by separate records and/or repository files.

This license is not legal advice, not deployment authorization, not a safety guarantee, not a truth authority, and not a modification of Φ.
