Description
RSKGD-FL-2018 is a Florida 2018 road-safety knowledge graph dataset release candidate.
This Zenodo record includes the full derived RSKGD-FL-2018 dataset artifacts: Gold analytical tables, graph node and edge partitions, benchmark task tables, documentation, schemas, metadata, manifests, build scripts, and data descriptor materials.
Raw upstream data are not included. The dataset is derived from Florida crash-related data products, OpenStreetMap-derived road-network layers, sparse NOAA ISD weather proxy matching, U.S. Census contextual data, and project-generated benchmark definitions.
Important limitations:
- Other years crash data are excluded from v1 because internal completeness checks found severe suspected undercoverage.
- Traffic exposure is current/proxy context only; year-aligned exposure-normalized crash-risk estimation is not supported.
- Weather is a sparse NOAA ISD station-based proxy with explicit distance and time uncertainty.
- Crash-to-road candidate relations are not ground truth.
- This dataset is not an official FDOT/FLHSMV product and is not endorsed by any upstream data provider.
