Initial reproducibility release for the HCC ferroptosis prognostic signature project.

This public package contains the release-facing scripts, minimal processed data required to rebuild the submitted figures, generated figures, tabular results, provenance manifests, checksums, and compute instructions. Internal manuscript/submission materials, OpenSpec scaffolding, audit logs, and retired TCM/docking/drug-response materials are intentionally excluded.
