Formation of an Organizational and Economic Model of Implementation of Cloud Technologies in Business Management
Description
The theoretical and methodological foundations of an organizational-economic model for implementing cloud technologies in business management have been substantiated. Cloud computing is defined as an on-demand network access model to a shared pool of configurable resources. An original interpretation of the model is proposed as an integrated system of goals, subjects, resources, processes, and performance indicators. Five groups of implementation prerequisites are identified: strategic, process-related, resource, personnel, and security. The model comprises nine structural blocks. Nine stages of cloud transformation are justified – from assessing digital maturity to adjusting architecture and service parameters.
