First public thesis release of the Snakemake workflow for microbiome-based BMI prediction.
This repository contains the workflow logic, preprocessing and modeling scripts, and supporting documentation used for the thesis benchmark and repeated-seed evaluation.
Large Metalog-derived input data are not redistributed in this repository.
