First public thesis release of the Nextflow workflow for microbiome-based BMI prediction.
This repository contains the workflow definition, preprocessing scripts, model-training code, plotting utilities, and the small 3-fold vs 5-fold subset validation script used in thesis finalization.
Large Metalog-derived input data are not redistributed in this repository.
