SACL: An EdTech Artifact for Generative Functional Safety Education — A Cognitive-Load-Aware, ISO-Compliant Safety Architecture Configuration Language

Authors/Creators

Description

This conceptual DSR paper addresses drawbacks of existing functional safety engineering education, where conventional teaching relies on fixed equipment and rote standard memorization without customizable design practice. Combining ISO industrial safety specifications and cognitive load theory, the author independently proposes SACL, a custom formal configuration language under DSR framework. Original contributions include dual-layer EBNF syntax, IEC 61508-compliant JNG audit document generator, cross-disciplinary α constraint parameter and CSA four-level education architecture. All efficiency estimations are theoretically calculated from public TÜV industrial benchmarks, with practical classroom validation reserved for follow-up research.
