BraneBulk Omnibus 0-CCLXXXII: Complete Compilation of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework (Papers 0 through CCLXXXII)

Complete compilation of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk (OOB) framework, Papers 0 through CCLXXXII, plus the Lagrangian Foundations compendium. This release adds three artifacts on top of the 0-CCLXXX omnibus (1717 pp): Paper CCLXXXI (A Parameter-Free Minority Quenching Channel for High-Redshift Massive Galaxies -- Vortex-Seeded Overmassive Black Holes and a Gudermannian Brane-Bulk Gamma-Ray Signature, 6 pp). Retracts an earlier bulk-antimatter quenching proposal; replaces it with vortex-seeded overmassive black holes whose comoving abundance is fixed parameter-free by the baryogenesis asymmetry (~2.2e-7 Mpc^-3), predicting a 2-22% minority channel for high-z massive quiescent galaxies; pion-decay gamma signature via the brane-bulk Gudermannian bridge with an f_III=59.5% plateau.
