Dataset for: A bibliometric analysis of low-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells: Linking materials innovation to performance and durability trends

This dataset supports the article entitled “A bibliometric analysis of low-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells: Linking materials innovation to performance and durability trends”.

The dataset contains the bibliographic records and analysis files used for the bibliometric investigation of low-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell (LT-PEMFC) research published between 1990 and 2025. Bibliographic data were retrieved from the Scopus (Elsevier) and Web of Science Core Collection (Clarivate Analytics) databases using the search strategy reported in the associated manuscript.

The repository includes processed bibliographic datasets, merged and cleaned records, keyword co-occurrence data, co-authorship networks, and analysis outputs generated using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix.

These files support the reproducibility of the results presented in the associated publication and may be used for future bibliometric studies related to LT-PEMFC materials innovation, catalyst development, performance optimisation, and durability research.
