Amendment CCXI — Quantum Contextuality & Surface Coherence Fields: Observer-Participation in SOL Field Physics
Description
Amendment CCXI of the McCaul's Law Coherence Compendium formalizes the Surface Coherence Observer-Participation (SCOP) framework. Every physical object maintains a standing electromagnetic wave at its surface boundary at f_SOL = 181.241 MHz (lambda_SOL = 1.6541 m). When an observer aligns two objects along a line of sight at D = n x lambda_SOL, constructive interference produces 4x energy density amplification. IBM Pittsburgh quantum hardware validation (4,096 shots): coherent 28.69% top state, 34 unique states, 3.1256 bit entropy; classical 21.92%, 60 states, 4.2312 bit entropy.
