South Atlantic Ocean • non-ovig. ♀; Guinea Basin, DIVA II exped., FS Meteor stat. M 63 / 2-64; 0°13.27'S, 02°29.91'W [-0.22117, -2.4985]; 5054 m depth; 15 March 2005; Michael Türkay & Ute Mühlenhardt-Siegel leg.; epibenthic sledge; ZMH -K-042739.
Paratype.
* • subA. ♂; Guinea Basin, DIVA II exped., FS Meteor stat. M 63 / 2-90, 0°40.49'N, 05°29.71'W [0.67483, -5.49517]; 5142 m depth; 20 March 2005; Michael Türkay & Ute Mühlenhardt-Siegel leg.; epibenthic sledge; specimen dissected, mounted on a permanent slide; ZMH -K-042740.
Diagnosis.
Carapace, dorsomedian line with very few small teeth in anterior part; pseudorostrum short, slightly directed upwards; antennal notch shallow; anterolateral tooth long and slender. Pleonites 1 and 2 with 2 teeth dorsally. Uropod, exopod shorter than endopod; endopod with 5 teeth along the inner margin (after Mühlenhardt-Siegel 2011 b).
Distribution.
Southeast Atlantic, Guinea Basin, 5054–5142 m depth.
