This invention introduces the integration of an octagonal photon distribution core with an active potentiostatic bias control system, creating a novel synergistic framework for the selective reduction of CO2 into liquid fuels. This disclosure establishes global priority for the PEC-specific mechanical, electrical, and optical logic of the HYDRA-1001."
