This framework proposes that malignant transition requires more than mutation. It requires the simultaneous collapse of intracellular governance (SPDS) and the coincident failure of extracellular surveillance (the Absent Sentinel). Building upon Douglas Green's discoveries of failed apoptosis and Phoenix Rising, this model reframes cancer initiation as a systems-level governance failure rather than a purely genetic event. The paper presents the Dual-Hit Principle, the Detection Ambiguity Zone (DAZ), the Absent Sentinel Hypothesis, and testable experimental predictions.
