Dataset and R code for analysis of Timing is critical: the timing of exposure determines a parasite’s spread in a social host manuscript

Datasets: 

• colony transmission R data: R0 estimates and counts per colony
• prevalence for R: weekly prevalence counts for whole colony lifecycle
• reassignment of colony names: colony information and change of names for manuscript
• male dissection and prevalence: prevalence of C. bombi in males from dissection
• colony counts: number of workers in colonies each week
