Data and code for "Projected contraction and spatial reorganization of climatic suitability for Glossina in Africa under climate change"

This repository contains the processed data, model outputs, supplementary tables and R scripts supporting the manuscript “Projected contraction and spatial reorganization of climatic suitability for Glossina in Africa under climate change”.

The package includes the processed genus-level occurrence dataset used for the main climatic-envelope model, species-level and species-group feasibility tables, ensemble climatic suitability raster outputs, model performance and ensemble-weight tables, threshold-sensitivity results, spatial block cross-validation summaries, supplementary tables and R session information.

The raw GBIF occurrence download used for the main genus-level SDM is available at https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.4cpjht. A separate updated GBIF occurrence download used only for species-level and species-group modelling-feasibility assessment is available at https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.h7nqra.
