Deep Origin Theory — DO-K1 vs NGC 247: Terminal Pre-Prediction Closure — Parent Boundary Authority Not Established

This release closes the public DO-K1 vs NGC 247 development challenge before prediction generation.

The common baryonic source geometry and comparator/adjudication protocol were successfully materialized. However, the frozen DO-K1 parent action did not uniquely determine the cosmological-to-local boundary datum required by its Helmholtz-like local field equation, and no parent-authorized finite amplitude domain was available to prove that the remaining boundary freedom is negligible.

Consequently, no unique lawful DO-K1 source-only prediction could be generated. No observed NGC 247 kinematic row was opened, no residual or likelihood was computed, and no empirical verdict concerning DO-K1, AQUAL, QUMOND, or MOND follows from this closure.

The challenge is therefore terminated at the pre-prediction eligibility stage. Any future DO-K1 revival would require a newly derived parent boundary law, a parent-authorized finite boundary-amplitude domain, or a distinct public boundary-conditioned exploratory protocol.
