R scripts for manuscript figures and analyses

This software package contains the R scripts used to generate the figures and analyses reported in the manuscript.

Included scripts:
- PCA_analysis_06.R (Figure 5A)

- Geneontology_v6.R (Figure 5C)
- correlation_plot_v8.R (Figure 6A)

The repository is publicly available on GitHub and archived on Zenodo for long-term access and reproducibility.
