We present a geometric conjecture on the origin and evolution of the universe based on the R³I³ Framework, in which physical space is a complex manifold R³ ⊕ i³. Beginning from Descartes' splitting axiom 1 = (-i) × i (1637) and Euler's formula e^(iΔθ) = cosΔθ + i sinΔθ (1748), the conjecture traces the complete creation sequence: from the primordial splitting potential ν_P², through the emergence of paired i³ vortices (⊚⁺_i, ⊚⁻_i), the synchronous birth of N primordial cores (Origina⊛_Ri), magnetic-repulsion-driven inflation, the capture of negative vortices to form the first stable units of matter (⊙_Ri), the release of the Cosmic Microwave Background as a synchronized geometric birth flash (ν_CMB = 161.28 GHz), the geometric self-assembly of primordial elements (A = 1,2,3,4,7; A=5,8 gaps as geometric theorems), and the formation of cosmic structure from ⁷Li° seeds through gas clusters, quasars, Fusors, and GPDC black holes to infant galaxies. The conjecture culminates in the proposal that core-collapse supernovae—transiently recreating the conditions of primordial inflation through the unlocking of Origina⊛Ri—provide a potential observational signature marked by a surge in free neutron production. Throughout this narrative, the fundamental constants—the fine-structure constant α, the g-factors of the electron, proton, and neutron, the nuclear charge radii, the CMB frequency, and the geometric form of the gravitational constant G = c² l_P² π/(2 m_p r☉)—are obtained not as independent inputs but as geometric consequences of the creation process. The speed of light c is an axiom (constancy of light speed, inherited from special relativity); n_G = c/(1 m/s) is its geometric expression. The framework requires no free parameters beyond the single experimental input t_P (CODATA 2018). All predictions are verified against experiment with typical errors below 1%.
