This repository contains the repeat and gene annotation files associated with the chromosome-level genome assembly of Corema album (ENA accession GCA_964187925.1).

Four GFF3 files are provided:

  • Gene annotation (GFF3)
  • Gene annotation with embedded FASTA sequence records
  • Repeat annotation (GFF3)
  • Repeat annotation with embedded FASTA sequence records

These files represent the final structural annotations generated for the Corema album reference genome and are provided as a permanent public archive complementing the assembly available through the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA).
