Case Report: Multitargeted Phytochemical Modulation Inducing Physical Devascularization and Desiccation of Exophytic Breast Cancer Malignant Ulcers with Co-existing Bone Metastasis — An Independent Observational Case Study
Description
Abstract:
This independent observational case report describes the clinical outcomes of a 40-year-old female patient with advanced breast cancer, presenting with extensive systemic bone metastases and an exophytic, highly vascular malignant ulcer. Utilizing a modular phytochemical formulation based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, the intervention focused on microenvironment modulation and collateral circulation interruption, rather than direct cytotoxicity. Prior to the initiation of any conventional Western medical therapies, and following 12 specialized pharmacological consultations, this pure botanical therapy successfully induced localized tumor devascularization, fluid dehydration, and centripetal structural desiccation, accompanied by significant systemic pain relief. This case demonstrates the contemporary scientific value of traditional phytochemical strategies in optimizing and remodeling the tumor microenvironment of advanced, refractory malignancies.
