PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm Phase SC-6 Results Report v1.3: AC1-Modulated MSE↔z Structural Relationship Confirmation Across n=155 Pooled Substrates

This report presents the confirmatory results of PHILIA Phase SC-6, a pre-registered analysis testing two co-primary hypotheses derived from the SC-5 exploratory report (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20550577).

SC-6 tests, for the first time in a confirmatory framework, the AC1-modulated internal structure of the MSE↔z association across n=155 pooled substrates (SC-3 n=45 + SC-4 Part 1 synthetic n=20 + SC-4 Part 2 real-world n=90). The locked v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization apparatus was applied with zero additional simulations. Pre-registration DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20552468.

H-SC6-Primary: partial ρ(MSE, z | AC1) > +0.25 (n=155 pooled, one-sided, Bonferroni α=0.025)
→ CONFIRMED: partial ρ = +0.5892, p < 10⁻⁶. Margin: +0.339. Sensitivity A (>+0.28): PASS. Sensitivity B (>+0.30): PASS. Part 2 stand-alone replication: ρ = +0.3215, p = 0.002 (n=90).

H-SC6-Secondary: ρ(MSE, z | AC1 < 0.95 strata) ≥ +0.60 (one-sided, Bonferroni α=0.025)
→ CONFIRMED: ρ = +0.8038, p < 10⁻⁶, 97.5% CI = [+0.7205, +0.8553], n=89 strata (excluded: 66). Sensitivity (≥+0.65): PASS. Exceeds SC-3 Primary ρ = +0.6589 (Δ = +0.145).

Integrated framing: Within the locked v32 apparatus, MSE↔z constitutes a context-modulated structural relationship — retaining a strong independent signal after AC1 control (partial ρ = +0.5892) and reaching near-SC-3 peak levels in the pure low-persistence strata (ρ = +0.8038).

Exploratory analyses confirm: (1) AC1 dose-response monotonicity pattern (SC-5) reproduced; (2) Category Fixed-Effect OLS MSE coefficient β₁ = +0.0644, p < 10⁻⁶; (3) Cochran's Q heterogeneity structure (HETEROGENEOUS) maintained.
