Pre-registration document for PHILIA Phase SC-6 confirmatory analysis. This study tests two co-primary hypotheses derived from SC-5 exploratory findings (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20550577) on n=155 pooled substrates (SC-3 legacy n=45, SC-4 Part 1 synthetic n=20, SC-4 Part 2 real-world n=90).
