PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm Phase SC-5 Exploratory Report: Context-Modulated Structural Relationship — AC1 Dose-Response Pattern, Category Decomposition, and Cross-Pool Heterogeneity (n=155)

This exploratory report presents a post-hoc raw reanalysis of the PHILIA Phase SC-4
confirmatory results (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20542015), examining the internal structure
of the confirmed MSE↔z association (ρ=+0.6592, n=155) without additional simulations.
Three analyses were conducted using philia_sc4_confirmatory_main_results.json
(SHA256: 1c70ad7a4fac876f57ddc744c52bf59b4c51d5f29902907f323b3d18748f0273):
(1) AC1 Dose-Response Sweep (θ ∈ {0.50–0.99}): ρ(MSE,z) increases monotonically
as AC1 threshold decreases (Full +0.4324 → AC1<0.50 +0.8541), consistent with a
Persistence Dose-Response Pattern in which high-AC1 (high-persistence) substrates
continuously attenuate the MSE↔z relationship.
(2) Category Fixed-Effect OLS (z ~ MSE + C(category)): MSE coefficient β₁=+0.0644,
t=+5.36, p<10⁻⁶, R²=0.376. The MSE→z pathway remains robust after full category
control. Within-category Fisher-z weighted mean ρ=+0.4608; between-cluster
inflation=+0.1984 (~30% of pooled signal).
(3) Cross-Pool Homogeneity (Cochran's Q): Q=28.22, df=2, p<10⁻⁶ → HETEROGENEOUS.
Sub-pool ρ values (SC-3: +0.8955, Part1: +0.5173, Part2: +0.4324) are statistically
distinct, placing additional constraint on "stable structural invariant" claims.
Integrated framing: MSE↔z is characterized as a context-modulated structural
relationship — maintaining robust within-category association (p<10⁻⁶) while being
modulated by sub-pool context and input AC1 level. SC-4 confirmatory verdict
(CONFIRMED + EQUIVALENCE) is fully preserved.
SC-6 pre-registration hypothesis candidates are proposed:
- H-SC6-Primary: partial ρ(MSE, z | AC1) > +0.25 (n=155 pooled, one-sided)
- H-SC6-Secondary: ρ(MSE, z) ≥ +0.55 in AC1<0.95 strata (one-sided)
