This manuscript is the exclusive final integrated closing version of the full V1–V21 spectrum of the Ternary Unified Theory, an indigenous axiomatic fundamental theory independently developed for human-dominated open dissipative systems. The paper systematically sorts out 21 iterations of the theory, fixes four original structural defects of the initial version, and realizes four rounds of closed-loop theoretical optimization. It establishes three fundamental survival axioms, a stochastic delay-diffusion coupled SPDE system, the three-dimensional quantitative indicators FII-SSI-BCI, and piecewise buffer health potential function, as well as unified numerical rules for graph Laplacian in discrete systems. Rigorous mathematical proofs of homologous isomorphism are derived for two branches (physical engineering risk assessment & human cognitive paradigm). A total of 1340 public benchmark samples across six disciplines are aggregated to extract universal cross-domain evolution laws. A three-level rigid theoretical boundary framework covering object, function and conclusion is constructed. Five-fold limit compatibility analysis verifies that the theory structurally integrates classic frameworks including Turing’s morphogenesis model and Prigogine’s dissipative structure theory.
