Stromatoporoid sponge evolution drove the Silurian origin of modern reef architecture: analysis pipeline and Supplementary Datasets S1-S9
Description
Clean, self-contained analysis pipeline (Jupyter notebook) and Supplementary Datasets S1-S9 reproducing all statistical results for the Geology manuscript G54667 (Lee, single author). Includes stage-level (22 stages) and 5-Myr (27 bins) Ordovician-Devonian analysis datasets, correlation matrices, autocorrelation-robust analyses (OLS, Newey-West HAC, GLS-AR(1), first-differencing with consecutive np.diff, cross-correlation with Bartlett bound), variance partitioning, AICc eight-model comparison, segmented regression, generalized additive model fit, centered log-ratio compositional robustness, and lag/changepoint/jackknife analyses. All input data are bundled; the notebook runs end-to-end locally without network access.
