One Force, Two Expressions: Three Testable Predictions for the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope — Prediction Pre-Registration

Description

This document registers three specific, quantitative, falsifiable predictions derived from the conserved-whole force-partition framework (Lynch, 2026) in advance of data release by the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope. The framework proposes that gravity and electromagnetism are two complementary expressions of a single conserved force-budget, partitioned differently at every scale. Three predictions are registered: (1) dark energy equation of state w = −1.000 exactly with no time evolution; (2) the cosmic partition ratio Ω_Λ/Ω_m is constant across all measured redshifts; (3) σ₈(z) traces a specific inverse-binding-energy curve explained by the partition function without additional free parameters. Predictions are derived prior to any Roman data release and registered here for timestamped priority of prediction.
