Description

Dedicated James Joseph Sylvester author record for source-checked modern LaTeX working editions and continuation artifacts. The current public reader surface promotes Volume I through book page 493, with editable TeX, source-scan slices, and continuation notes preserved in the source packet.

This update adds book pages 476-493, continuing Paper 57 through the beginning of Art. 42. It also fixes a prior cumulative page 475 sign exponent and closes an old TeX grouping warning around an early table. The new range has no figures or standalone tables; symbolic displays are encoded in TeX, with source witnesses included for checking.

This version promotes the Volume I cumulative working edition through book page 493; the source packet includes TeX, source-scan slices, page-image witnesses for the new range, audit notes, and continuation notes. Next continuation: book page 494. The older author-cluster record remains an umbrella/backstop.
