Description

Abstract**

We report results from IBM Quantum hardware experiments and associated lensing simulations within the **Relativity of Information and Geometric Principles** framework.

A 4-qubit O’Reilly Observer circuit encoding real LIGO GW150914 gravitational wave strain data exhibited complete probability collapse (Shannon entropy = 0.0000 bits, V_eff → 1) on `ibm_marrakesh`.

This strong informational ordering was used to inform gravitational lensing simulations. Both the Bullet Cluster and a real strong lens system (SDSS J1206+4332) showed visible ring-like structures when an Informational Stress-Energy perturbation (Sμν) was included. These findings demonstrate a conceptual bridge between quantum circuit behavior and macroscopic gravitational lensing.
