Common Bean RGB Imagery Dataset

This dataset contains RGB UAV imagery of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) disease evaluation trials conducted in Colombia during 2022, 2023, and 2024. Images were acquired using a DJI Matrice 300 (M300) platform equipped with a DJI Zenmuse L1 RGB camera and processed into plot-level image clips corresponding to individual experimental plots.

The dataset was collected to support research on disease phenotyping, crop health assessment, and the development of computer vision and machine learning approaches for plant disease detection and monitoring. The trials include control plots and plots inoculated with Common Bacterial Blight (CBB), with additional Angular Leaf Spot (ALS) inoculation treatments included in the 2022 season.

The dataset is organized by year and acquisition date, providing repeated observations across multiple disease development stages. Detailed information on plot treatments, image naming conventions, and experimental design is provided in the accompanying README file.
